Monroe Crane Rental ("we", "us") is a referral service operated by Local Rental Network. This policy explains what information we collect through monroecranerental.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, company, job location, the equipment you need, job details, and dates.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the referring page.

Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not send your name, phone number or other form entries to Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

• To pass your request to crane operators and equipment rental providers who may be able to quote it
• To contact you about your request
• To follow up on whether you received a quote and how it went, so we can improve the service
• To operate, secure and improve the website, and to prevent spam and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

How we share your information

With local providers. The purpose of this site is to connect you with providers. When you submit a request, you agree that we may share it, including your contact details, with one or more independent crane operators or equipment rental providers who serve your area. Those providers may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Providers may pay us for referrals. Each provider handles your information under its own policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

With service providers. We use third-party services to run the site, such as website hosting, form delivery and email. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or others.

Business changes. If our business is sold or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Phone and text messages

By submitting a request with your phone number, you agree that we and the providers we share your request with may call or text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask a provider to stop contacting you at any time, and you can reply STOP to text messages where supported.

How long we keep information

We keep request information for as long as needed to handle your request, follow up on it and keep business records, generally no longer than three years, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sharing your future requests, by emailing contact@monroecranerental.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Information already shared with a provider is held by that provider; contact them directly to make a request about it.

California residents. California law gives you rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect and share and to request deletion. To make a request, email contact@monroecranerental.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Our site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
